

CHELSEA KULHANEK
Executive Director
Chelsea Kulhanek grew up in North Olmsted, OH and lived in the greater Cleveland area until about three years ago, when she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area for her dream job.
Ms. Kulhanek studied music performance (bassoon) and entrepreneurship at BGSU and has cultivated a 10+ year career in real estate development. A lifelong learner, Chelsea is finishing her JD at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law via distance learning.
PAUL SCHUMANN

Councilman Paul Schumann is longtime resident of North Olmsted and passionate volunteer. Mr. Schumann has led the Olmsted Historical Society and numerous projects at Frostville Museum in the Rocky River Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks, including the relocation of the historic Stearns Road Church.
In addition to his civic and volunteer work, Paul enjoys a 30+ year real estate investment career and spends lots of time with his three children and two grandsons, Jack and Henry.
